Dumplings,soup

  • DUMPLINGS:
  • 1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup 2% milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Mix dry ingredients, mix butter and milk.  Combine and drop onto boiling soup cook covered 18 to 22 minutes
