Dumplings

Love this on chicken soup or beef stew.
2 Cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 Cup of milk
4 Tbl of oil
Combine and mix well just before adding to soup.  Drop by Tablespoons into simmering (hot) soup.  Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes until done
